Job Description

Our Client, one of the fastest growing start-ups in the Internet space and have businesses in internet platforms, e-commerce and online payment is now looking for bright, talented and dynamic finance talents in their Group Finance team


  • Responsible for statutory group reporting for all regional subsidiaries under US GAAP and timely analysis of the monthly reporting
  • Perform monthly consolidation of accounts with Hyperion for group and regional subsidiaries under US GAAP
  • Perform analysis on group reports and financial statement
  • Ensure closing of accounts across regional offices are timely, accurate and in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties
  • Participate in establishing, implementing and improving SOX controls and business processes
  • Act as a key supporting team member in achieving the business FP&A's objective in driving the budgeting/forecasting cycles and managing reporting process
  • Perform financial analysis on monthly basis to access financial performance of businesses
  • Participate in special projects, such as process improvement, system implementation (ERP), data mining and statistics projects

Job Requirements: 

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience doing consolidation or in Big 4 external audit are desired
  • Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA and etc.)
  • Experience in consolidation is a must
  • Familiar with US GAAP is an advantage
  • Strong accounting and reporting knowledge
  • Dynamic and bright personality with positive attitude. A team player with good organization skill and an eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Willing to work in demanding dynamic environment
  • System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
