We are looking for an experienced Fleet Personnel Manager / Crew Manager with a strong background in the offshore marine sector.

Key experience required:

• Strong crewing / fleet personnel management experience
• Experience supporting DP2 vessels
• Strong exposure to Offshore, Subsea, Construction and Diving Support Vessels
• Hands-on experience in crew planning, recruitment, deployment, rotation, certification and compliance
• Good knowledge of STCW, MLC and Flag State requirements
• Experience managing manning agencies and multinational offshore crews
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills

Candidates whose experience is predominantly AHT/AHTS, OSV or PSV will not be suitable for this particular requirement.
