This job is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a strong technical background and enjoys leading a team and the challenges that come along with it. This role requires managing key stakeholders upwards and downwards part from leading the team from the front and taking ownership of the entire technical department. You will be closely working with the operations and marketing department to improve vessel performance and streamlining processes for efficient and transparent communication. Our client is going through a round of new PMS system implementation which will also be part of the job scope.

Requirement:
COC I or COC II (Motor)
Singaporean or Singapore PR only
Technical Superintendent experience ideally with some managerial background
Offshore vessels or tugs and barges experience
Prior experience as a Technical Superintendent/Manager is essential
