The role will be responsible for the overall operational management of tankers, including monitoring the shore-based superintendent team, supporting cargo and commercial matters, coordinating with Owners and Charterers, ensuring vetting and regulatory compliance, handling cargo-related claims and investigations, and driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role will also involve leading and developing teams and ensuring operational excellence across the fleet.
