Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities • Support the Group CFO to partner with regional commercial leaders on the regional growth and profitability improvement initiatives • Provide analysis and commentary of the region’s performance and plans. Support decision making and action planning. • Support the delivery of financial reporting and planning requirements; monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecast and budget updates, cashflow forecast and long term strategic plans • Projects (ad-hoc): Support HQ finance team on the delivery of finance projects • Analyze financial status by collecting and studying data from regional finance team and business units. • Review monthly financial reports, improve financial status by analyzing results, monitor variances and identify trends. • Prepare cashflow forecast, account receivables collection analysis and assist in budgeting & forecasting data collection and analysis. • Prepare financial analysis reports for quarterly board of meeting and half yearly management meeting • Recommend actions, develop automated accounting applications, and maintain ad-hoc reports as needed • Participate in ad-hoc projects and attend to Financial Controller and CFO queries / request. • Direct report to the Financial Controller • Work closely with Regional finance counterparts and Country finance counterparts Requirements • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accountancy with 3-4 years relevant experience in FP&A (financial planning & analysis) in MNC environment • Must have good numeracy skills • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) • Language Skills: Fluent English - oral and written. • Computer Skills Required: Advanced user of MS Excel • Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement, statement of cash flows
