Job Description

he position reports to the Group Financial Controller and is a key communicator of the Group who will track, analyse and communicate the performance of the Group to our internal and external stakeholders. The position has high visibility and will work closely with senior executives of business units to analyze and synthesize performance, KPIs and information while benchmarking our performance with market. The results will be used for reporting to Board, performance evaluation and communication to our external stakeholders.

Change Realisation

  • Deliver change and measurable results
  • Tracks and reports strategy and change initiatives at corporate level, to Group Management Committee on a monthly basis and to the Board on a quarterly basis
  • Key point of contact and change leader for the Group
  • Work closely with initiative leads/teams to build detailed initiative plan, timeline and measurable KPIs
  • Tracks and report status and KPIs bi-monthly to Group FC, highlighting roadblocks and potential issues for management
  • Project-manages and reports change initiatives by working closely with initiative leads/teams and tracking status and performance
  • Participates in initiative team meetings, as necessary, to monitor progress and provide inputs
  • Facilitates cross-team discussion, take-stock, issue resolution or collaboration
  • Provides constructive challenges and inputs to initiatives leads/teams
  • Identifies and suggests solutions to skillsets, resources and other gaps
  • Implements best-practice transformation, governance and agile principles throughout the organisation
  • Develops and executes communication strategy to achieve people alignment and desired change outcomes


Corporate Performance & Relations Management

  • Tracks and analyses performance at business units and corporate levels based on established KPIs, including financial, operational and sustainability targets
  • Performs comprehensive market and competitor analysis for insights, including financial market share, peer results, analyst reports/models/
  • Supports project management and target evaluation for M&A and ad-hoc projects, if any
  • Along with Group Financial Controller, serves as the primary interface between the company and external stakeholders
  • Maintains, develops, and improves relations between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community, including financial analysts and institutional investors
  • Assists in the development of annual report disclosures including chairman’s statement and sustainability report
  • Develops and maintains investor relations segment of the company website
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Consultant experience in the established consultant houses will be highly valued
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences at all levels
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
