A: Prior to joining Caliber8, I honed my skills in a leadership role as an Executive Assistant (EA) at a prominent financial services company in India. This role demanded exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. These valuable skills became the foundation for my future success.
Q: How has your transition to Caliber8 been?
A: After a period of time away from the workforce, I felt a renewed desire to contribute my talents. Through a reconnection with a former colleague at Caliber8, I embarked on an exciting new chapter in the dynamic world of recruitment. While recruitment was initially outside my comfort zone, the transferable skills I gained from my previous role have proven invaluable. At Caliber8, I've found a supportive environment that values my knowledge, skills, and passion for connecting with candidates. With the support of my colleagues, I'm constantly learning and growing in this exciting new field.
Q: What advice do you have for women considering a return to the workforce?
A: Re-entering the workforce can be both challenging and rewarding. My advice is to highlight your adaptability, showcase your eagerness to learn, and emphasize your passion for your chosen role. Maintain a positive attitude, believe in your abilities, and prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Remember, returning to work is a new beginning, and with enthusiasm, you can make the most of this exciting opportunity.
