Having played a key role in hiring top talent and fostering a supportive environment for their growth, she most recently held the position of Head HR for a Private Wealth firm in India before starting her own coaching and facilitation practice.
Passionate about partnering with teams and individuals to enhance their performance and resilience, she also provides support to individuals and their loved ones who have been diagnosed with critical illnesses. Her clients span a range of sectors including organisations with a focus on creating social impact.
In addition to her professional endeavours, she is also an advocate for breast cancer awareness, having survived Stage 4 breast cancer herself. She regularly speaks at events and forums in both Singapore and India. Most recently, she co-authored a book titled "Don't Ask Me How I'm Doing," which offers insights and perspectives on the experiences of Adolescents and Young Adults (Age 17-39) who have been diagnosed with critical illnesses.
