Day-In-The-Life Of A Caliber8 Recruitment Consultant

8:30am to 12pm

​Start your day with your favorite cup of coffee & plan your day

Get right into it - Contact candidates & schedule face-to-face screening as well as evaluate the role requirement for both cultural and technical fit of individual.

Get organised - Compile a targeted shortlist of 5 candidates along with a SWOT analysis for each candidate to send to the client.

12pm to 1pm

Lunchtime - Have a meal with your fellow colleagues & enjoy the nearby amazing options to choose from in heart of the city.

1pm to 5pm

Get out - Enjoy the fresh air while meeting with potential clients & ensure business development activities are always met.

Remember - During these meetings and at all times, it is important to showcase our specialisation not only to edge out competition but to share market knowledge, trends, & offer up useful advice to reinforce our value add. The role is a high-reward, high-anxiety position with lots of uncertainties but it is an extremely rewarding role where perseverance is key.
