Assistant Manager, FP&A (West Singapore)
An FP&A role with a leading European MNC, covering forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering with senior stakeholders. Based in West Singapore, it provides exposure across multiple regional markets within a global platform.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A & Business Partnering
- Own rolling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for the market
- Track actual performance vs budget and forecast, including profitability and KPI analysis
- Work closely with Market Business Directors to understand dealer and market trends, risks, and growth plans
- Translate commercial inputs into clear financial forecasts and insights
Reporting & Consolidation
- Consolidate market results and submit monthly reporting packs to regional and HQ teams
- Support month-end close, including accruals, provisions, intercompany eliminations, and gross margin analysis
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data
Process & Governance
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and controls
- Partner with accounting teams to ensure compliant and accurate reporting
- Liaise with auditors and support regulatory and accounting compliance where required
Key Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect numbers to business drivers
- Confident communicator, able to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working hands-on in a regional, matrix environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Fluent in English
