Country Finance Manager (Mumbai)
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You will be a part of finance function to ensure alignment of Business Goals for the growing India business. You also partner with the Country Manager, Regional Team's and local crossfunctional teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
You will be reporting to the GM of India.
Country Finance Manager (Mumbai)Establish the Commercial Finance function by focusing on selected regions first while expanding to become the single go-to point for all Commercial related planning & analysis activities and business partnership for all countries within India.
Provide accurate and timely information for month, quarter and year end close to local and the regional office in Singapore
Forecasting and annual planning through the establishment of guidelines, managing financial models, and development of key performance measures.
Business Partnering on commercial proposals on key accounts, oversee rebate programs all the while delicately balancing price / volume / profitability.
Oversee and lead monthly closing process, Audit and tax audits
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
CA with 5 years of experience in a medium sized pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry
Experience in FP&A, budgeting and Forecasting is a must.
Experience in Business Partnering, preferably in Commercial Finance.
Experience and knowledge of financial systems, Hyperion and Cognos is preferred.
Strong organizational and operational skills, able to plan effectively and solving problems.
Strong analytical skills and drive for results.
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward manner. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
Ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
