They are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to manage key accounts and drive process excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the customer service department
- Evaluate success rate of quotations submitted
- Handle customers as allocated by the management and prepare quotations and handle cross trades
- Allocate customer accounts to the staff
- Cooperate with the operations department to ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled by operations
- Joint sales visits
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and customer service minded
- 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry within customer service areas
- Maturity and ability to manage a small team in the near future
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Windows, CW1
- Driven to grow the business for the company
- Good teamwork
