Our Client is one of the leading FMCG companies in Thailand, due to team’s expansion they are currently looking for an FP&A Director to drive and manage the overall financial planning and analysis function for the group and associated companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business partner and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that monthly forecasts are supported by up-to-date business assumptions and partnering with the Factory cost planning team and provide actionable advice and cost analyses to management.
Prepare weekly, monthly financial reports along with actionable analyses by country, category, brand, products, and channels
Drive and manage the annual budget and financial forecast models; long range plans, annual plans, rolling forecasts, covering P&L, balance sheet, product portfolios and product KPIs
Provide strategic recommendations on ways to enhance business performance to achieve KPIs
Develop efficient monitoring and reporting mechanisms to assist management with maintaining full situational awareness of current business and financial performance vs. targets
Create a roadmap to transform the Financial Planning & Analysis function into an effective, high performing business partner to the organization
Develop a decision support model and provide sound analyses on product and marketing campaigns
Skills/Experience
The successful candidate should have proven track records within financial analysis to ensure financial alignment between all commercial and supporting functions are effective.
You should possess professional qualifications in bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within FMCG or fast paced industry and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, across all levels of seniority
Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
