Finance Integration Specialist (9-month contract)
Our client is a global provider of testing, inspection and certification services for a diverse range of set markets.
Responsibilities:
· Management and implementation of defined Finance integration initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Working with Dubai SSC and the local Finance team to review and migrate adjusted opening balances
- Working with the local Finance team to cleanse customer and vendor master data for upload by SSC
- Assist with CoA mapping
- Fixed Asset verification and relevant adjustments to b/f NBV
- Responsibility for facilitating changes in company secretary, tax agents, auditors, bank accounts
· Process documentation for P2P and O2C for incoming employees
· Provide post-integration or implementation support when necessary
Qualifications:
Education:
· Qualified accountant with internationally recognized qualifications.
Experience:
· Prior experience in integrating new businesses and their processes into an already well-established organization
· Strong people skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment with various stakeholders
Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications, and Licenses:
· Hands-on approach
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to the various levels of the organization.
· Must have strong IT knowledge (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of D365 or Navision a plus).
