FP&A Manager, Supply Chain (Consumer Goods)
Our client is a leading European MNC, they are looking for a dynamic finance business partner in the supply chain finance area.
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support in the compilation of financial information as inputs to management reporting, analysis, performance tracking and issue management, decision support, budgeting/planning, investment, and working capital control
General Responsibilities:
- Support critical business planning and analysis processes: MOREs Monthly Estimates, annual target setting etc.
- Support internal interactions across country SCM teams on matters related to business controlling to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues
- Prepare and conduct analysis of monthly financials, KPIs and compile explanation of key variances and cost drivers from key SCM markets.
- Work with country controllers in driving consistency of analytics and reporting. Provide high quality business control support.
- Support the maintenance of standard capex/investment business case templates as well as provide support in reviewing business cases submitted to SCM Head for approval.
- Provide administrative support in the coordination of annual target setting activities within SCM.
- Support coordination of strategy setting sessions and assist in the preparation of relevant information/analysis for country SCM strategy setting and strategic projects
- Provide administrative support in implementing SCM controlling continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (PowerBI, Lighthouse, etc.)
- Provide leadership in controllership related to inventory accounting / processes
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Controlling and behavior as part of continuous learning
Job Requirements:
Functional skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and application of financial/accounting principles and budgetary management
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills, including statistical computations
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Work experience
- Up to three - five years’ experience in a similar role
