Role and Responsibilities


  1. Addressing customers inquiries on shipment movements and arrangements and prepare the quotations for customers approval
  2. Liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for shipping documentation generation and prepare all shipping documentation as required
  3. Enter shipment data in freight management software systems
  4. Coordinate closely with other vendors, shipping lines and overseas forwarding agents to ensure smooth arrival and delivery of customer shipments
  5. Update customers on shipment status


Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience in freight forwarding and customer service is required

Experience in marine logistics operations is preferred

Preferred Skills

Great interpersonal skills via email and phone

Good organizational skills and detail orientated

Able to think outside the box
