Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Marine leadership to lead and co-develop “Safety & Crew Welfare” initiatives
- Facilitate key project management activities such as maintaining project documentation, running project update meetings, ensuring milestone delivery, leading implementation phases, coordinating milestone reviews, coordinating industry collaboration and obtaining the support of a range of stakeholders
- Provide periodic project updates to Senior Management
- Support the identification of project roadblocks, and subsequently develop suitable pathways for the delivery of an effective solution
- Lead internal engagements and interface between product group teams, Marine chartering, and Marine legal
- Lead external engagements to workshop solutions, and implement business process improvements with industry partners
- Support effective change management processes
- Support Marine leadership in the creation of procedures, reports, general data analysis, business cases and contractual documents

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making an impact through the continual improvement of safety and welfare standards, supported by the following skills and experience:
• Self-starter with an ability to connect with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and navigate ambiguity
• Strong report writing, presentation, and analytical skills
• Previous experience in Maritime and/or HSE industry (highly beneficial)
• Previous experience in project design and implementation (highly beneficial)
