Regional FP&A Manager (Technology Brand - P&L, B/s and Cashflow Exp Needed)
Our client is a leading and fast growing technology brands and have their operations in 6 SEA countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth vertical and horizontal analysis of Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial and operational performance reporting and dashboards
- Identify trends and patterns in the data, translating them into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership and clients to facilitate better decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, industry landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Business teams, Data teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy in building insightful dashboards and reports
- Simplify complex business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain SSOT for optimal data quality and accessibility
Success Profile:
- Masters degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets is a must. Experience in Quick Sight preferred
- Prior experience in SQL will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
- Self-Motivated and entrepreneurial by nature
Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
