You are a fit for this role, if you
- Enjoy setting up systems and processes to structure a young, fast-growing operation
- Have a minimum of 3 years of auditing and FP&A (financial planning & analysis) experience, preferably in start-ups
- Are data- and performance-oriented, and optimize your approach for efficiency (high proficiency in Excel)
- Attention to detail, has initiative and able to work tight deadlines
- Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people, convincing them of innovative approach. Strong communication skills are a must.

- Business partner cross-functionally with the Singapore HQ and SIngapore BU and deliver financial insights where relevant
- Work closely with the Finance team to streamline processes, monitor and resolve transactions that occur through the day accurately
- Lead the design of new financial processes and controls as the business continues to scale and enters new uncharted territories.
- Select, organize and analyze data to discover findings that lead to process and efficiency improvements.
- Communicate well with other internal departments to handle processing requests
- Any other ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required
