*Terms and conditions apply:

1.     The candidate should be specifically from Accounting & Finance or Maritime background.

2.     The Caliber8 refer a friend scheme does not apply to individuals already registered with Caliber8 on the date of referral.

3.     The Referee must be notified and have consented to their details, personal data, and information being passed to the Company for this Scheme before the date of the referral by the Referrer.

4.     Referee can only be referred to the Company once. In the event that a Referee is referred to the Company more than once, only the first person to refer the Referee to the Company (with the Referee’s permission) will be eligible for a referral gift and to participate in the Draw under this Scheme.

5.     There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.

6.     The prize/award will only be awarded if the referred individual is registered and placed by Caliber8 and completes (as a temporary worker or permanent candidate) at least 3 months.

7.     No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the award/prize is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.

8.      Caliber8 reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Refer A Friend Scheme at any time without notice.
