After completing his Master’s Degree in Finance from Manchester Business School, Karthik gained valuable experience for over 10 years in some of the top recruitment firms in Asia like Michael Page and Hudson. During this time, he built a strong foundation in the recruitment space working with leading financial institutions, fintech companies, and high-growth organisations, helping them hire for FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Compliance, Commercial Finance, and C-suite positions.
Enriched by this experience, Karthik co-founded Caliber8 to provide value at every stage of the recruitment process.
