Job Requirement
- Administrative jobs related to QCG (Quality control group)
- Assist in updating of QSMS
- Assist in preparing the company bulletins
- Assist in collecting and recording reports received from vessels related to QCG
- Communicating with vessels for collecting data required to be used QCG analysis
- Assist QCG group leader in insurance budget
- Assist in uploading inspection comments on web portals.
- Dispatching of documents to vessel
- Attend emergency drills and take down minutes.
- Record the minutes and prepare reports of Management review meetings.
Education
-Polytechnic diploma, High school (A Levels or NITEC equivalent) or O Levels is preferred
Past working experience
-Some experience in a Ship Management Company is preferred
-Good experience in preparing meeting minutes, taking notes, preparing reports.
Skill
-Good negotiating skill is required
-Good leadership, communication skills, ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
-Literate in Computer & MS office Application
