Crewing Manager – Gurgaon

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Crewing Manager to oversee crewing operations for a fleet comprising tankers, bulk carriers, and container vessels, with a focus on officer recruitment and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end crewing operations for officers across tanker, bulk, and container fleets

• Plan and execute timely crew changes in line with operational requirements

• Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and Flag State regulations

• Coordinate with technical and marine teams for manning requirements

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention of officers

• Monitor crew performance, appraisals, and career progression

• Maintain crew database, certifications, and documentation

• Handle crew budgeting and cost control

Requirements

• Prior experience as Crewing Manager / Senior Crewing Executive

• Strong exposure to tanker, bulk, and container vessel operations

• Experience managing officers only (senior and junior ranks)

• Good knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
