Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in checking and verifying all invoices from suppliers – port disbursement accounts, manning agents statement of account, crew travel invoices, catering managers and all payment requirements.
Provide administrative support to Marine HR team in all areas but not limited to crew qualifications, promotion documentation, P&I, service awards, company events and activities.
Ensure up-to-date records keeping and maintenance of Crew Management System.
Responsible to gathering and verifying all data required for preparing department reports and presentations.
Support initiatives, ad-hoc projects and other project of the department, as assigned.
Understands the Company’s vision and mission, applies company values into daily work to ensure client satisfaction; &
Other tasks designated by Marine HR Manager.
