? We’re Hiring – Fleet Manager (Singapore & Hong Kong) ?
I’m working with a well-established shipping company to source for an experienced Fleet Manager to join their technical leadership team in Singapore or Hong Kong.
We’re looking for someone who brings a solid seagoing foundation and has sailed up to the rank of Chief Engineer, with proven shore-based fleet management experience.
Exposure to tankers is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Sailed to Chief Engineer
- Must currently be a Fleet Manager
- Strong technical management experience in a shore-based role
- Hands-on expertise with tankers
- Gas vessels experience is an added advantage
- Proven ability to lead superintendents and drive operational performance
- Strong understanding of compliance, budgets, dry-docking and maintenance planning
