This is a diverse and dynamic role where you'll be hands-on in HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and be part of a collaborative culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage full employee lifecycle, payroll, and HR system operations
- Drive L&D, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy
- Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
