If you are an ex-seafarer (Marine Engineer or Chief Officer) with relevant shore-based experience working for a shipowner or ship management company in the capacity of crewing (Marine HR/Fleet Personnel) and with some background in safety (HSEQ) or quality assurance; we would love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team in a newly created role and play a pivotal role by constant innovation and revolutionizing the crewing industry.
You would ideally have strategic crewing management experience including managing your own in-house and 3rd party manning companies globally along with ensuring high standards of quality and senior stakeholder management.
