Operation Executive (Logistic), In SINGAPORE

Key responsibilities include: 

-Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, shipping times, and cost estimates 
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and warehouse staff, in order to guarantee smooth operations 
-Develop efficient strategies that maximize savings by optimizing transport methods and routes 
-Support documentation processes, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and manifestos 
-Report on the status of shipments and any issues related to logistics
-Oil&Gas industry logistics experience is advantage

Requirements and skills
-Proven work experience as a freight forwarding/Logistic
-Knowledge of Export/Import/Transshipment
-Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
-Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
-Strong organisational and time management skills
