Senior Associate (Corporate Strategy | Leading Investment Firm)
Our client is a family office headquartered in Singapore with diversified businesses across multiple sectors. This is a high visibility role driving group-level strategic initiatives and supporting portfolio companies on performance improvement, growth, and transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, enhance governance, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with portfolio company leadership to refine business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and implement performance improvement plans
- Lead strategic projects such as new market entry, digital transformation, or operational restructuring
- Build financial and operational models to evaluate scenarios and measure business performance
- Act as a strategic liaison between Group and portfolio companies, ensuring alignment of goals and accountability on execution
- Prepare management reports, board materials, and presentations that translate analysis into actionable insights
Key Requirements
- 3-6 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation, ideally within diversified or investment holding groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working through ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at senior levels
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and execution rigor
