An industry leading shipping company is currently seeking an experienced dry bulk Chartering Manager to join their office based in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, your focus will be on the owned tonnage, negotiating spot and time charter fixtures, monitoring market trends and possible business opportunities and additional day to day chartering tasks.
A strong commercial chartering background with a track record of profitability through efficient and creative trading of tonnage and cargo positions (i.e. arbitrage opportunities) would strengthen your application, along with a demonstrable track record in successful spot and time chartering with proven execution abilities.
This is an ideal role for a successful ship broker to join a principal and play a pivotal role in the commercial development of a fleet of modern bulk carriers.
