Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
To liaise with the company’s appointed Insurance broker on all matters pertaining to the Private Medical Insurance covering health and medical benefits for the Seafarers.
Managing monthly activities’ checks in TOUCH (crew-payroll software) for all nationalities; ensuring seafarers are paid in accordance to the contract signed/ensuring seafarers are paid correctly in accordance to Company T&C and in compliance with MLC 2006.
Handling of monthly payroll processing for mainly Filipino Seafarers using TOUCH payroll software.
Administering (Home) Regular Allotment / Special Allotment requests for the Filipino Seafarers – on a monthly basis.
Computation of Final Wage Balances for Filipino Off-Signers (bi-weekly).
Monthly extraction of the Social Charges (Contribution) Report for Philippine Manning Agencies to proceed with state contributions; locally.
Review, analyze, and check payroll for accuracy and any variances reported, adjust, and correct.
To assist in checking the vessels’ payments & deductions on board (variables) prior to vessel confirmed; on a monthly basis.
To assist in the distribution of Monthly Pay Statements for International Fleets, in the event documents are not received in individual seafarers’ email account upon dispersal.

Minimum qualifications/requirements:
Diploma / Degree in related fields of study
Proficiency in MS Office applications (in particular; Microsoft Excel)
Around 3 years of relevant payroll experience in the shipping/marine industry
