Senior Executive Human Resources (Education | South West, Singapore)

 

Our client is a European MNC in the education industry. They are expanding in the region and looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing the best educators for the future generation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment cycle to understand their hiring needs and recruit the right talents
  • Manage and ensure smooth on-boarding process for new-hires
  • Partner and manage existing recruitment agencies to deliver expected recruitment services
  • Identify and develop new recruitment channels (including social media) to ensure sustainable pool of talents while reviewing effectiveness of existing recruitment channels
  • Review and rejuvenate existing recruitment promotional materials and efforts
  • Assist in the development and communication of compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute and review existing talent acquisitions initiatives
  • Update and prepare recruitment metrics reports
  • Provide sound advice to new & existing hiring managers on employment practices and ensure employment practices are in compliance with prevailing labour laws and guidelines
  • Manage and handle enquiries from hiring managers and employees on HR policies and practices in a timely manner
  • Partner with hiring manager to address potential disciplinary and grievance issues arising from employees
  • Under-take any other HR initiatives or ad-hoc duties

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR / Management / Marketing or related fields
  • At least 2 years of operational HR background and work experience, preferably in Early Childhood Sector
  • Preferably to have experience in rolling out employer branding initiatives
  • Preferably to have background in designing communications artwork that is social media friendly
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communications, interpersonal, analytical skills
  • Possess Adobe Photoshop or other designing skills is an added bonus
  • Open to ideas, creative resilient, adaptable to changes, positive and pro-active working attitude
  • Team player and able to function independently
