Summary of Responsibilities:

Initiate early and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders involved in the operation.

Coordinate and monitor supply schedules, including obtaining ETA updates and berthing details, ensuring the trading department remains informed throughout the process.

Identify potential operational risks in advance, such as supply constraints or adverse weather conditions.

Promptly communicate any issues before, during, or after delivery to all stakeholders.

Oversee and actively track operations on the day of delivery.

Collect and organize supply documentation upon delivery completion.

Assist in appointing port agencies and surveying firms as needed.

Foster and maintain strong working relationships with agents, surveyors, and suppliers.

Support the Claims team in dispute investigations and resolution.

Collaborate with the Accounts department by providing required documents for invoicing.

Provide daily updates on weather conditions relevant to operations.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

Prior experience in the shipping industry, preferably within bunkering, port agency, or logistics.
