Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and scale HR policies, systems, and frameworks across regional operations.
- Lead learning & development strategy, designing training programs that enhance leadership, technical, and functional capabilities.
- Build career pathways, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines.
- Develop and institutionalize performance management frameworks that drive accountability and reward high performance.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, cultural integration, and change management initiatives.
- Establish employee engagement strategies, ensuring retention, inclusivity, and alignment with company values.
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and talent KPIs to measure impact and recommend strategic actions.
- Serve as the key HR business partner to senior management, providing coaching, advisory, and thought leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations while creating policies fit for scale and growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of HR leadership experience, with regional exposure in Asia.
- Proven expertise in training & development, organizational development, and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in building HR structures, frameworks, and policies in unstructured or growth-stage environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable advising senior leadership.
- Experience driving change management, cultural transformation, and engagement initiatives.
- Background in industries with operational complexity and diverse regional workforces is a strong plus.
