Our Client is one of the Thai largest manufacturers and distributor company in Thailand, due to team’s expansion they are currently looking Associate Director, Management Reporting, Regional
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle group variance analysis. Responsible for presenting analysis during the monthly results review Prepare numerous financial reports to internal and external parties and monthly consolidation proofing schedules, cash flow statement
- Prepare half year and year end group reporting pack and provide accounting guidance to the accounting team and Participate in other projects as required
- Manage statutory finance matters including reviewing the financial statements and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Group policies
Skills/Experience
The successful candidate should have proven track records with complex management reporting for the group
You should possess professional qualifications in bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA Thailand would be preferable. Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in big 4 auditor and management reporting and statutory reporting within FMCG or retail industries would be preferable and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, across all levels of seniority
Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
You must be able to speak Thai and English fluently in order to work closely with Thai internal and external stakeholders
