Are you an Oil Tanker Chief Officer or Master Mariner with prior experience as a Port Captain and want to work in Jakarta, Indonesia?
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing oil tanker shipping company in an international location and be able to develop into a commercial operations role in the future.
Within this role your main responsibilities will be to attend vessels to maximize cargo intake and ensure smooth dispatch during the vessels time in port. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with local agents, oil terminals, storage tank providers, refinery and service providers.
This is a role that will involve a split time between being in the office and travelling to various ports across Asia, potentially at short notice. You will also be required to train the ships crew on board for various complex loading and discharging operations such as stripping of tanks etc.
To be suitable for this position you must have sailed as a Chief Office/ Master Mariner and have a strong background in Oil Tankers
