Group Chief Executive Officer (Experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred)
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer to lead a leading private healthcare provider in Asia. This role is central to driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality healthcare services across the group’s network.
The successful candidate will combine strategic acumen with strong financial expertise, proven leadership of large-scale enterprises, and the ability to influence at Board level. Beyond operational excellence, the GCEO will inspire senior leadership, foster innovation, and strengthen the organization’s mission to deliver trusted and accessible healthcare.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the group’s strategic direction in alignment with investor expectations and long-term growth objectives.

Act as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, providing insights on financial, operational, and regulatory matters.

Serve as the principal spokesperson, representing the group to stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.

Operational & Financial Excellence

Oversee the organization’s performance, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and adherence to global operating standards.

Partner closely with the CFO and finance team to manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures.

Governance & Business Development

Implement and enforce robust policies and procedures that strengthen compliance, risk management, and business integrity.

Lead assessments of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand market position and service offerings.

Provide strategic input and negotiation expertise for major contracts and commercial agreements.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ experience managing and operating group-level enterprises, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
