Key Responsibilities

Prepare hire and freight invoices for Bareboat Charter In, Time Charter In/Out, and Voyage Charter arrangements.

Liaise with Finance to track and monitor timely receipt of hire and freight payments.

Prepare, reconcile, and settle Post-Fixture Hire Statements (PFHS), Freight Hire Statements (FHS), and balance freight with vessel owners and charterers.

Maintain hire records and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly P&L reports.

Liaise with port agents to collect and verify Port Disbursement Accounts (PDA).

Review and approve final PDAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with charter party terms.

Arrange pre-funding and settlement of PDA payments in coordination with Finance.

Calculate and settle demurrage and despatch in line with contract terms.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in a dry bulk shipping company, chartering, or commercial operations preferred.

Basic knowledge of shipping contracts, charter party terms, and port operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with IMOS or Danaos is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
