Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and secure new business accounts that align with the Global Account Program and company objectives.

Manage and develop assigned customer accounts with clear commercial strategies and execution plans.

Drive active customer engagement through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), face-to-face meetings, and seamless onboarding experiences.

Monitor existing customer performance and identify new customer segments aligned with company strategy.

Collaborate with regional offices and internal stakeholders to grow backhaul cargo and expand IFF/BCO footprint.

Gather and analyse market intelligence to support commercial strategy and tactical decision-making.

Partner with reporting manager to identify and implement continuous process improvements within the team.
Job Requirements: -
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

8–10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in the container shipping industry.

Proven track record in account development and commercial success.

Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics regulations.
-
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Competency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
-
Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Willing to travel regularly within the region (approx. twice monthly).
