Global HR Specialist (Talent Management) (Global MNC)
 
Our client is an established organization within the global maritime industry. They are seeking a Global HR Specialist (Talent Management), based in Singapore, to support and advance their global talent management agenda across regions
 
This role goes beyond administering programs and processes. It focuses on strengthening leadership and succession pipelines, enhancing learning and development frameworks, and supporting a cohesive organizational culture to ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains the right talent to meet evolving business needs.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the design and implementation of global leadership development frameworks to strengthen talent pipelines and ensure continuity for critical roles
  • Lead initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent across regions
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and partner with stakeholders to develop enterprise learning and development strategies
  • Define learning curriculum architecture and manage the design and delivery of multimodal learning programs
  • Oversee learning platforms and relevant talent-related HR systems within scope
  • Support the development and implementation of global culture initiatives aligned with organisational values and ways of working
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across global HR systems and provide talent-related reporting and insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate effectively with regional HR teams and business leaders to implement talent initiatives across diverse markets
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or professional HR/talent certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, organization development, or related HR functions
  • Experience working in regional or global roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with organizational culture and employee engagement practices
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills
  • Experience in maritime or other complex, operationally intensive, or highly regulated industries is an advantage.
