Our client is a global marine logistics firm who are expanding and looking to recruit a newly created Managing Director position for their office in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong Marine logistics operational background and leadership skills as you will play a pivotal role in driving and motivating the team.
You will be responsible for not only running the office smoothly but also being at the forefront of, increasing profitability, staff retention, and operations and maintaining a strong impetus for excellent customer service. Reporting directly to the CEO in Europe, you will have PNL responsibilities and team management skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who has 8+ years of Marine Logistics operational background within Asia and at least 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
