Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and marine engineering consultants across the APAC region.

  • Identify early-stage marine and offshore projects and position company solutions in tender and design phases.

  • Manage and grow business with key channel partners while driving new customer acquisition.

  • Work with Project Management, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle.

  • Support technical qualification and approval processes for marine products and systems.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and industry trends.

  • Represent the brand at maritime trade shows, industry events, and technical meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of B2B channel sales experience in the marine, engine, or generator sector.

  • Established network in the regional maritime ecosystem (shipowners, shipyards, consultants).

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
