Your main responsibilities:
You will coordinate and drive the development of a relevant, competitive, and advanced product portfolio and are responsible for the go-to-market plan, all in line with the overall strategy of the business. You will have the technical responsibility over a product portfolio globally and are thereby essential for the overall growth and profitability of Marine Product - Maintenance & Repair division.
What you will be doing:
- Drive the product life cycle management and pipeline management of the refrigeration/HVAC portfolio used on board of vessels across the globe.
- Be the company’s key resource for in-depth technical support on refrigeration and collaborate with various stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Manage the marketing mix of the offer, particularly product development and promotional activities to drive profitable growth.
- Ensure that rules and regulations are continuously monitored to identify changes that will impact the availability and life cycle of existing products.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop/extend the company’s product pipeline for refrigerants, refrigeration equipment and tools.
- Work with Procurement, Asset team & Operation teams to optimize the refrigerant purchase and supply in all sites.
- Establish and maintain the right product quality standards and handle warranty and other product quality issues.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier performance and maintain the supplier relationship in collaboration with our Global Procurement department (evaluations, negotiations, and selections).
- Support global inventory & asset management with optimizing inbound logistics
- Provide, maintain product data, catalogue, certificates and other sales tools for sales, operations, and external customers.

Qualifications:
- Formal education to degree level in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical), with marketing or other relevant qualifications.
- Approximately 3-5 years’ experience within technical product management with a solid understanding of business drivers across sales, product development and supply chain.
- HVAC & Refrigeration industry expertise.
- Experience with driving change in a global company and collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders around the world.
- Experience within the maritime industry is an advantage.
