About Brijesh

Brijesh has been immersed in the Maritime industry since the very start of his career. A Marine Engineer by profession with a Master’s Degree in Shipping, Trade & Finance, Brijesh has in-depth knowledge of the workings of the Maritime & Shipping industry.   

He started his recruitment journey with Michael Page, where he specialised in mid-senior hiring and went on to lead Maritime recruitment function at Halycon in Singapore. His career has spanned ship management, technical, commercial, operations, chartering, HSEQ, and marine leadership roles across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe.

At Caliber8, Brijesh leads the Maritime & Shipping Recruitment Practice, known for his deep network, nuanced understanding of vessel operations, and ability to match high-calibre maritime professionals with the world’s leading shipping companies.
