Key Focus

Own and manage all technical, marine, and regulatory interfaces across clients, contractors, Class, Flag, and authorities.

Develop and control the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.

Manage critical FPSO interfaces including mooring systems, subsea tie-ins, cargo handling, offloading, custody transfer, and marine utilities.

Align interface deliverables with project schedules and manage interface-related risks and MOC impacts.

Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Marine, Construction, Operations, and external stakeholders.

Lead interface meetings, reporting, escalation, and audit support through to commissioning and handover.
Requirements

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or Instrumentation).

10+ years’ experience in offshore oil & gas projects with strong FPSO / FSO interface exposure.

Solid understanding of Class, Flag, offshore regulations, and marine systems.

Experience managing interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
