This role will lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations, partnering closely with senior management to support business performance, financial governance, and continuous process improvement. This role will lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations, partnering closely with senior management to support business performance, financial governance, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and billing activities.
- Oversee credit management and cash flow performance, including monitoring receivables, working capital, and key financial metrics.
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage period-end closing activities and support group or regional reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of indirect and corporate tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring accurate recognition of revenue and expenses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, strengthening internal controls and finance workflows.
- Provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and financial governance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; exposure to SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a commitment to deadlines and quality outcomes.
