Job Description – Admin Executive 
- Perform General Adm duties – Support Office Administration / Reception Duties
 - ( Receiving guests, attend to pantry and stationery needs, Mails and courier arrangements , office and equipment lease administration, attend to office communication needs)
 - Provide support to Management and Expatriates (calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, car management and housing needs)
 - Assist HR in Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding tasks and Co-ordination with IT
 - Leave Management
 - Handle Office / Staff insurance Matters
 - Assist in Claims Management
 - Other ad hoc admin and HR duties
 
Requirements
- Min. Local Diploma in Office Skills or HR related field
 - Min. 2 years relevant working experience is preferred
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 - Highly motivated and Independent
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
