The candidate will oversee the full spectrum of finance and HR administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full sets of accounts and annual accounts closing
- Prepare monthly management/financial reports, forecasts and budgets, perform variance analysis
- Preparation of GST filing and annual tax returns
- Ensure compliance with all IFRS and tax regulation
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, bank, corporate secretary, IRAS, MOM etc.
- Manage accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiency
- Analyze budget performance, track variance and identify opportunities for financial performance improvements
- Manage working capital such as inventory control, debtors’ collections and suppliers’ payments
- Liaise with various internal parties such as Sales and Operations and external parties such as auditors, tax agent and banker
- HR admin functions including payroll, leave management, performance management, apply/Renew foreigner employee visas and liaising with MOM
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Professional certification or its equivalent
- Minimum 3years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Accounting
- Proficient MS Excel skills
- Good communications skills
- Knowledge of an ERP system is a must
