Assistant Manager, FP&A (Shipping)
Our client is one of the largest shipping companies in the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Cash management
 - Preparation and review of the Annual Budget
 - Periodical Reporting
 - Cash Flow Management and Forecast
 - Actual vs Budget analysis
 - Creating Finance model
 - Dealing with Banks/Lenders
 - Contractual Requirement management
 - Planning and arrangement of monthly payments
 - Invoicing
 - Liaising with other stakeholders
 - Company Secretary matters
 - Preparing for shareholders' meeting
 - Flag country matter
 - Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency
 - Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper general filling
 - Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and management
 
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
 - Minimum 3 years of experience
 - Shipping Experience is a MUST
 - Good interpersonal and communication skills
 - Team player with a positive working attitude
 - Meticulous and Good time management skills
 - Able to work independently
 - Proficient in the use of MS office applications
