Key Responsibilities:
Attend vessels to educate crew on the usage of products and equipment
Carry out Onboard training for sea staff and also in training centers.
To work with the sales team, meet customers, and handle technical aspects of sales.
Handle day-to-day customer technical queries
Assist R&D team in developing new products
Gain knowledge from market / current customers on the cleaning challenges and work with R&D team
Requirements:
Sailing experience on product and chemical tanker vessel.
Must have a valid COC, CDC, Class 1 Licenses, C/off, or master sailing experience. Master sailing experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of tank cleaning and chemicals.
Knowledge of DPP-CCP, VEG OIL, Methanol standard cleaning.
Strong command of English, presentation, and communication skills.
With a strong sense of responsibility and customer service oriented.
Min 2 years at shore or sailing experience.
